Where we ship, what it costs, and what happens if something isn't right.
Shipping
We ship right across the United Arab Emirates. Orders placed before 2pm (GST) on a business day go out the same day — otherwise the next working day.
- Free shipping on every order over AED 150.
- Flat AED 15 on orders under AED 150.
- Delivery usually lands within 1–3 business days.
- You'll get a tracking link by email the moment your tin ships.
Shipping outside the UAE isn't live yet — drop us a line if you want BOLT in your country and we'll tell you when we get there.
Returns
Changed your mind? Unopened tins can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price.
- For hygiene and food-safety reasons, opened tins can't be returned unless they're faulty.
- To start a return, email hello@boltpouches.com with your order number.
- Return postage is on us if an item's faulty or we sent the wrong thing — otherwise it's covered by you.
Faulty or wrong items
If a tin turns up damaged, faulty, or it isn't what you ordered, tell us within 7 days and we'll sort a replacement or a refund — whichever you'd prefer.
Refunds
Once your return reaches us and passes a quick check, we refund to your original payment method. It usually shows up within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
