How much caffeine is in a pouch?
Anywhere from 50 to 200 mg, across five strengths. For reference: a shot of espresso is about 65 mg, a can of energy drink about 80 mg, and a mug of coffee about 95 mg.
Which strength should I go for?
Match the dose to the day. The five levels are 50 mg Starter, 75 mg Mild, 100 mg Moderate, 150 mg Strong and 200 mg X-Strong. New to it? Start at Starter or Mild and adjust as you go.
How many can I have in a day?
Treat it like strong coffee and count everything you drink. Health authorities suggest healthy adults keep total caffeine under about 400 mg a day — so space your pouches out and don't stack them with energy drinks.

Who shouldn't use BOLT?

Is it safe?
It's caffeine — treat a pouch like a strong coffee. Stick to sensible daily amounts and don't combine it with a stack of other caffeine through the day.
