One dose doesn't fit every day. BOLT runs from a 50 mg Starter to a 200 mg X-Strong, across five strengths — a nudge on a slow morning, a full send before a deadline. For reference: an espresso is about 65 mg, an energy drink about 80, a mug of coffee about 95.
